Lieutenant Jexie Reagan was a law enforcement officer for Crime Corp, before going freelance and working with Vienna Salvatori.
Working for Crime Corps[]
Reagan worked as a Lieutenant and a law enforcement officer for Crime Corps under her chief, Doran Curtis. She was sent alongside newly hired officer Vienna Salvatori to investigate the mutilation of a body by a Psycho Morph. Reagan watched over Vienna and Curtis as they lured the Psycho Morph to a Personality Hotel, where all guests, including the Psycho Morph and also themselves had their personalities wiped. Reagan managed to provide them with their memories of their real lives via a hidden comms unit in their room.
Vienna worked out during the mission that the Psycho Morph had killed Doran Curtis long before he had entered the hotel and that she had been working alongside the Psycho Morph the entire time, despite the Psycho Morph having no knowledge of it until the final moment. Vienna used the computer that ran the hotel to download all of the personanity back-ups of the hotel guests into the mind of the Psycho Morph, causing it to have a mental breakdown and kill it. Vienna then continued her career as law enforcement officer alongside Jexie Reagan. (AUDIO: Tabula Rasa)

Giving it up[]
Considering her blasters very much hung up, Jexie advised Vienna against taking on her final assignment - the assassination of the universe's most wanted criminal, the Master. Vienna had different ideas, thinking that the bounty from his head would be enough for them both to retire soundly, and so took on the anonymous bounty. Vienna was provided with a time corridor, through which she travelled in her ship to 23rd century Earth, which was scarred from numerous Dalek invasion attempts. Vienna ultimately could not complete the mission, however she returned with numerous Dalek objects, which she considered "antiques" in their time, so that she could sell them instead.
